Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions within the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows and business metrics into functional Salesforce requirements.
• Process Mapping: Document user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain complex executive dashboards and reports aligned with business units.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Salesforce architects, administrators, and developers to deploy scalable CRM solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in business analysis or CRM implementation, with specific focus on Salesforce platforms.
• Methodologies: Strong practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare tech, compliance, or secure data ecosystems is heavily preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to act as a clear liaison between non-technical business leaders and technical teams.
