Business Analyst – Fraud Domain

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Fraud domain experience to work closely with business and technology teams on fraud detection, prevention, risk management, and related technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand fraud detection, prevention, and risk management processes.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve fraud-related business processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect resolution.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and other functional documentation.
• Manage requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in the Fraud domain.
• Experience with fraud detection, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or fraud risk management.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis experience.
• Experience creating BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Strong gap analysis and impact analysis skills.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certification Requirement

• CCBA or CBAP certification required, OR
• Candidate must be willing to obtain the certification after selection and before onboarding.
