Human Resources Coordinator - Healthcare

Sevita is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our Human Resources & Talent Management team in delivering person-centered care across our Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS records, support benefits administration, and assist recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and employee documentation
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
• Prepare HR reports and track key HR metrics for leadership
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and training initiatives
• Respond to HR-related questions and provide timely, customer-focused support
