Community Liaison, Marketing and Business Development

HarmonyCares, a physician-led home-based primary care and palliative care organization, is seeking a Community Liaison for Marketing & Business Development in Renton, WA. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with community partners, referral sources, and senior care organizations to expand access to HarmonyCares’ services. You will represent our mission at events, educate providers and families about home-based care options, and collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals and improved outcomes for medically complex, home-limited patients.
