Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and managing the vision, roadmap, and execution of IT applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and develop/manage roadmaps for IT applications.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritize technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities.
• Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and translate feedback into actionable solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products.
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs to measure application performance, reliability, and business impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Ensure technical products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Adobe products or similar analytics tools, preferably in an implementation capacity.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and Celebrus.
  • Experience with iOS and Android SDKs.
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
  • Experience with Agile development and associated ceremonies.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey technical information clearly.
• Top Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of total experience as a Product Owner.
  • 2 years of experience with digital analytics tools implementation on web and app platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and Celebrus.
  • Experience managing Adobe Analytics administration tasks such as creating SAINT classifications, managing shared dashboards, and designing custom segments for visitor profile analysis.
  • 1-2 years of experience in QA, data validation, and identifying data collection issues.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors, to define requirements, implement analytics tracking, and ensure proper reporting.
• Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hr
