About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional with 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI/NBFC sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting skills, along with hands-on experience in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Python/R. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and business insights.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end reconciliations between the Loan Management System (LMS), bank statements and ERP.

• Develop automated reconciliation dashboards and exception reports using Power BI/Tableau/R/Python.

• Strengthen reconciliation controls and improve process efficiency through automation and AI-assisted validation mechanisms.

• Prepare and file RBI returns applicable to the NBFC within prescribed timelines.

• Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Possess strong understanding and practical application of IND AS 109 related to financial instruments and provisioning.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IND AS and Companies Act requirements.


Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and financial systems/LMS.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for reporting automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.


Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA/MBA with 1-2 years of experience or CA Fresher can apply.

• Strong exposure to reconciliations, RBI reporting, IND AS, and compliance frameworks.

• Self-driven professional with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
