Finance Executive

We're Hiring: Finance Executive (Odoo Experience Required)

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to join our finance team.

Key Responsibility :

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions using Odoo ERP.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with monthly closing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
