Role: Finance SPOC

Education: Commerce Graduate/ICWA

Desired Experience Range: 4-6 Yrs

Location of Requirement: Mumbai

Must Have

Basic Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes

• Knowledge of Procurement Processes

• Understating on GTS & Other Taxes

• Working knowledge of handling/conducting audits

• Excellent communication skills

• Mastery on MIS (Ms Excel, word and Power Point)

• Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressure

• Open to travel within the state

• Experience of functioning in a cross functional environment

• Open to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work

Good-to-Have

Team Skills, Data Analytical Skills

Responsibilities:

1. Sharing of Provisioning data (Electricity, Diesel, Manpower, Misc) monthly to TCS iON

Finance.

2. Raising GPS request for Electricity and Diesel expense.

3. Collection of invoices from partners

4. Verification of invoices

5. Uploading invoices for business verification (CPay Portal)

6. Sharing of Business verification approval to partners.

7. Ensuring timely uploading of invoices by partners in VMS.

8. Uploading diesel and Electricity invoices in GPS

9. Dispatch of Original invoice to branch finance.

10. Collection of NDC from partners

11. Sharing of weekly finance report to ZADM

12. Updating the invoice payment status in performance dashboard monthly.

13. Tracking of funds remaining in Purchase Order.
