APEX Developer

Role Summary

This position involves providing technical support and development for Oracle eBusiness Systems modules, with a focus on Finance and Projects. The role requires exercising independent judgment on complex, confidential tasks related to the design, development, testing, and implementation of business applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users and team members to deliver high-value solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Oracle eBusiness Systems modules, including customization and extensions for Finance and Projects.
• Translate business, process, and system requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Develop, test, and implement technical solutions using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business users and management to define system specifications and technical requirements.
• Create detailed specification documents to meet business needs.
• Support system-wide dependencies and interactions across Oracle modules.
• Track project deliverables and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in change management activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting for Oracle systems.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of backend table structures and Oracle database technologies.

Qualifications

• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of related industry or technical experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Systems modules (Financials/Projects), including Release12.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
• 10+ years of experience using Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
• 10+ years of experience working with Linux, Unix, and developing shell scripts.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle database backend structures.
• 4+ years of experience in OA Framework advanced debugging.
• 4+ years of experience within OAF Personalization.
• 4+ years of experience in Apex development.
• Experience working in multi-developer, team environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills, agility, and proficiency in Oracle tech stack.

Publishing Pay Range: $80.00 - $81.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
