Full Stack AI Engineer / Travel the World

A growing AI-focused consulting organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join its hybrid team in Chicago or Denver. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to build cutting-edge AI applications using modern technologies including LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Python, React, and cloud-native tooling. The company partners with major enterprise organizations to develop and deploy production-ready AI systems that solve meaningful business challenges.
This is not a traditional software engineering role. The organization is looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex business problems, influencing technical strategy, and working directly with customers. Successful candidates will help shape AI initiatives from ideation through deployment while collaborating with highly experienced engineers in a fast-growing environment. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Full stack development background
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based systems
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, RAG frameworks, or similar tools
• Strong software architecture and system design skills
• Client-facing or consulting experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience deploying AI agents into production
• React or Next.js expertise
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• TDD and pair programming experience
