Job Description:

Seeking a Senior z/OS Security Architect with 15+ years of z/OS security experience and progressive technical leadership in large-scale enterprise environments. The candidate will lead mainframe security architecture, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives while advising executive leadership on security strategy.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level RACF / Enterprise Security Management (ESM) architecture, implementation, and governance.
• Advanced USS security: UIDs, GIDs, OMVS, POSIX, and superuser controls.
• Expertise in FACILITY, UNIXPRIV, STARTED, CSFSERV, CRYPTOZ classes, zFS/HFS security, and SIEM integration.
• Multi-LPAR, Sysplex, and cross-platform security architecture.
• Security frameworks: SABSA, TOGAF, NIST CSF, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Executive-level communication, security strategy, and governance experience.

Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, IBM Certified z/OS Security Expert.
