Luxury Bell Services Lead - Valet & Guest Experience

Crown Sydney is seeking a Bell Services Manager to lead the Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet operations, delivering seamless guest arrivals and departures in a luxury environment.

You'll manage a large team of Bell Captains, Attendants and Doorpersons, drive daily operations, monitor KPIs, and oversee budgets, rostering and recruitment while upholding Crown's service standards and commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.
