Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with Automation experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications and automated testing frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Selenium, TestNG, and REST Assured. The candidate should be comfortable working across backend development and UI/API/backend automation while contributing to project delivery and team management.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
  • Design, build, and test RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka.
  • Create automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and REST Assured.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
  • Perform unit, integration, API, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Troubleshoot application and automation failures and support root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and technical standards.
  • Support team management, technical coordination, and project execution.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, defect resolution, and production support.
