Billing & Invoicing Specialist
Are you an experienced billing or accounting professional who enjoys figuring things out, asking questions, and making sure all the pieces come together? We are looking for a detail-oriented billing & invoicing person. A single customer order may include a custom-configured machine, options and accessories, service, installation, training, freight, financing, and other components involving multiple departments.

You'll pull information together, identify what's missing or doesn't make sense, ask the right questions, and ensure the customer is billed completely and accurately.

Review sales documentation to confirm all equipment, services, tooling, training, freight, and other charges are accurately captured.
# Compare supporting documentation against ERP/accounting system information.
# 2+ years of accounting and invoicing, billing, project accounting, or other related experience.
# Strong understanding of accounting and billing principles.
# Strong communication and customer service skills.
# Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
# Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
# In-office during the training period, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule of 1–2 days per week from home after approximately six months, once fully trained in the role.
