Senior Product Manager
Pay Rate: $67.50-$90/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative digital products and analytics solutions. This individual will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, driving product vision, prioritization, and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments, possesses strong technical acumen, and excels at transforming complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. This role requires a confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy and vision into actionable digital solutions, evaluating and communicating trade-offs between comprehensive long-term solutions and rapid, iterative approaches.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, defining requirements and driving progress even when objectives are not fully specified.
- Present product vision, strategy, and recommendations to stakeholders, leadership teams, and executive audiences with confidence, executive presence, and compelling storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate product direction into prioritized, scoped, and sequenced work.
- Apply curiosity, analytical thinking, and sound judgment to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and drive better business outcomes.
- Lead discussions around product value, commercial impact, and business objectives while balancing technical constraints and implementation considerations.
- Drive product decisions through data, customer insights, and market understanding.
- Facilitate alignment among business, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in technical product management with experience working with APIs, data platforms, analytics, and software development teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business value effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to articulate business cases, investment rationale, return on investment (ROI), and strategic impact.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling product narratives and presentations that focus on outcomes and customer value.
- Comfortable defining scope, prioritizing initiatives, managing trade-offs, and proposing realistic delivery timelines.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across engineering, business, and leadership teams.
- Experience working in technology-driven organizations and agile product development environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, or other regulated industries is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
