Project Manager

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural and architectural metalwork specialist for a Permanent Project Manager in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will act as the main/lead Project Manager across the majority of projects, managing structural and architectural metalwork and steelwork schemes from inception through to completion.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £75,000 per annum, potentially up to £80,000
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday, one hour lunch break)

Location: Oxfordshire
Type of Work: Project management of structural and architectural metalwork and steelwork projects

Duties:

• Planning and managing projects from inception through to completion
• Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Overseeing site safety and ensuring compliance
• Managing quality on site
• Working closely with the production team and a second Project Manager
• Acting as main/lead Project Manager across the majority of projects
• Managing 3-4 operatives/sites

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within structural steelwork or architectural metalwork
• Confident managing client relationships and site teams
• Full UK driving licence (site visits carried out in a client-provided van)

Desirable Experience:

• NVQ Level 6 preferred but not essential - experience is the priority

Working Pattern: Office-based with site visit days as required, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
