Sales Manager

Position : Sales Manager 
Location : New Mexico, US (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives
• Drive territory growth and customer retention
• Monitor sales performance and profitability
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Collaborate with leadership on business growth strategies
• Analyze sales trends, pipeline activity, and market opportunities
• Ensure accountability and sales execution across the team

Requirements:

• Experience in sales leadership or team management
• Strong understanding of margins and profitability
• Proven track record of business development and customer management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Must currently reside in New Mexico
