Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Possible Extension/Full-Time Conversion)

What You''''ll Do

• Build AI-powered medical and pharmacy prior authorization agents
• Develop workflow automation using UiPath
• Integrate with payer and provider systems using FHIR, Da Vinci (CRD/DTR/PAS), and NCPDP SCRIPT ePA
• Work directly with customers to deploy solutions and drive production outcomes
• Design auditable, explainable AI workflows with clinician-in-the-loop safeguards
• Own projects from concept through production and optimization

What We''''re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
• Healthcare domain experience in Prior Authorization, Payers, Providers, PBMs, RCM, or HealthTech
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability
• Experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude

Nice to Have

• Medicare, Utilization Management, or Prior Authorization expertise
• NCPDP SCRIPT ePA experience
• Da Vinci PAS, CRD, DTR, or X12 278 experience
• Azure, AWS, or GovCloud deployment experience
• Exposure to InterQual, MCG, NCD/LCD policies, or healthcare compliance
