Healthcare Software Specialist

Hope Network seeks a Healthcare Software Specialist to support technology that powers person-centered care. In this role, you will implement, configure, and maintain healthcare applications used across behavioral health, neurorehabilitation, and community programs. Partner with clinicians and support staff to map workflows, optimize EHR usage, and ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance. Provide end-user training, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors on enhancements. Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain healthcare software and EHR systems
• Analyze and document clinical and administrative workflows to align with software capabilities
• Provide application support and troubleshoot user and system issues
• Train clinicians and staff on software features, best practices, and updates
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to HIPAA and security standards
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and program leaders on enhancements and integrations
• Develop reports and dashboards to support clinical, operational, and compliance needs
• Participate in change management and user adoption initiatives
• Gather and refine user requirements for new tools and optimizations
