Job Title: POS / Payment System Support Analyst - Clover

Position Summary

\n

We are seeking a Clover POS Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support for Clover point-of-sale devices used across seven City departments. The contractor will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and decommissioning Clover devices, managing user access, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including error messages, network connectivity, and battery-related problems.

Job Description

\n

A contractor is needed to support Clover point of sale devices used by 7 departments throughout the City. The tasks will include: configuring clover devices, decommissioning old clover devices, managing user access, troubleshooting clover devices when issues arise (ex. error messages, network, battery), escalation of clover issues to Bank of America, support of the Clover.com application, support of the Invoiss.com application, and support of the Bank of America payment gateways for payment card devices and software systems.
