The Role

• Ensure a superior shopping experience for customers, fostering high levels of satisfaction.
• Support the efficient management of workflows and team training as a key deputy to the lead salesperson.
• Manage all tasks associated with sales floor and warehouse operations.
• Oversee incoming goods, including stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Handle cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or comparable experience, or a willingness to transition into the role.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• An energetic approach to work, with a capacity for careful and efficient task completion.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership potential.
• Good German language proficiency (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
