Accounting Analyst III (Workday Readiness)

Our healthcare client in California is looking for an Accounting Analyst III to help them prepare for their transition to Workday ERP Software.

This is a 12 month mostly remote contract with monthy onsite requirements

- Duration: Not Specified

- Start: ASAP

• 40 hrs per week

- Travel: Onsite approximately once per month throughout the duration of the project

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, business analysis, or process improvement

- Prior experience supporting or participating in a Workday Financials implementation is required

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes

- Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and developing future-state workflows

- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams
