Administration experience in Installation, Integration with WAS, Configuration and Troubleshooting. Deployment of monitor models, Configuration of dashboard and monitoring events.
Good knowledge in WebSphere management
Developing Jython and Python scripts for automation( Most Important Skill Set need)

Person Specification:

I.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, and work independently as well as in team
