Direct Sales Representative

Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative to drive residential and small-business growth for our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. In this field-based role, you'll prospect and engage customers door-to-door and through local events, present Astound's fiber-rich broadband and WiFi solutions, and close new accounts to meet and exceed sales targets. You'll educate customers on product options, pricing, and promotions, handle contracts and orders accurately, and provide a customer-first experience. Work closely with local teams, follow up on leads, and represent Astound as a reliable, community-focused telecom provider.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small-business customers in assigned territory
• Conduct door-to-door and in-person sales presentations for internet, TV, and phone services
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to match customer needs
• Close sales and process contracts, orders, and paperwork accurately
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and sales activity in CRM tools
• Coordinate with local marketing and operations teams on events and installations
• Provide a customer-first experience and represent Astound professionally in the community
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and prior contacts to maximize conversions
• Stay current on Astound's telecom products, network upgrades, and competitive offerings
