The IT Operations & Support team currently consists of seven employees who work together to maintain and further develop our company's digital infrastructure. Job DescriptionAs the primary point of contact for our employees at the Kiel location, you will make a significant contribution to the stability and further development of our IT systems and support them with all hardware and software-related challenges.

ResponsibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesFirst- and second-level support for our internal employees—in person and via our ticketing system Setup and installation of hardware (clients, peripherals) Management of the phone system and mobile devices, as well as integration of network printers Identity and Access Management Creation and maintenance of software packages for automated deployment Maintenance and continuous optimization of IT systems Support and administration of the server environment (virtual and physical machines) Ensuring the functionality of all IT-related systems Job Requirements Your Profile Completed training in the IT field, e.
