Your Responsibilities – Diverse and Full of Responsibility You will handle complex 3rd-level IT support requests (in person, by phone, or remotely) and develop sustainable solutions. You'll support the strategic development of our clients' IT landscapes and actively drive digital transformation projects forward. You'll develop application solutions and automate processes using scripts, such as PowerShell. You will contribute to client projects on a project-by-project basis as part of their digital transformation efforts.

You will continuously optimize existing IT processes and create structured documentation as well as practical workarounds. Your Profile – Competent and Solution-Oriented A successfully completed degree in computer science, completed IT training (e.
