Amazon Connect Developer

- Strong AWS development experience using Java, API proxy creation, dependency library upgrades, and JDK upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect Console / Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of contact flow blocks, routing strategies, queues, and agent configuration.
- Experience integrating AWS Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB with Amazon Connect.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines for code deployment across environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, design optimized contact flows, troubleshoot issues, and improve contact center efficiency.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with development, testing, and business teams.
