Desktop Support Technician

Job Description :
We are looking for an IT Deskside Support Engineer to provide hands-on onsite technical support in healthcare environments. The candidate will troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, hardware, peripherals, printers, and basic network issues, perform device deployments, moves, upgrades, and replacements, and provide smart hands/data closet support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite deskside and field support for end users and clinical staff.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
Perform IMAC activities including installations, moves, additions, changes, and device refreshes.
Support basic network/cabling and data closet activities.
Manage tickets and asset information using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and ticket updates.
Follow healthcare security, safety, privacy, and infection-control procedures.
Provide on-call/after-hours support when required and travel within an assigned 30-mile radius.

Must Have:

4+ years of Deskside / Field / Onsite IT Support experience.
Strong Windows desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills.
Hardware, peripheral, and printer support.
Basic networking knowledge.
ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
Strong communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
Ability to work onsite and handle/move IT equipment safely.

Preferred: Healthcare or enterprise IT support experience.
