Position: Senior TIBCO Mainframe & Power BI Developer
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: Long-Term Contract
State Government Experience: Required

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support TIBCO integration solutions connecting mainframe and enterprise systems.
• Work with mainframe applications and databases to extract, transform, and integrate data.
• Develop and maintain TIBCO interfaces, services, workflows, and integration processes.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models.
• Develop SQL queries and perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate data from mainframe systems, databases, APIs, and other enterprise sources.
• Troubleshoot production integration and reporting issues.
• Work with business analysts, technical teams, and state agency stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, maintenance, and production activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with TIBCO / TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Strong Mainframe experience.
• Hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ETL/data integration.
• Power BI experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise databases and data sources.
• Previous State Government/Public Sector project experience is mandatory.
