Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quadient consultant to design, develop, and maintain complex customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and deliver omnichannel communication solutions across print, email, SMS, and web platforms.

8+ years overall CCM experience with 6+ years in Quadient 
3–5 years hands-on experience with other CCM products/technologies  
Certified in Quadient Inspire Designer Certification - Basic
Proficient in Scaler, Interactive, Designer, DAS, Automation modules 
Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, Groovy, JavaScript  
Template design & development experience  
Familiarity with Git, SVN, CI/CD pipelines  
Ability to provide architectural direction for Quadient implementations  
Deep knowledge of form design specifications  
Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
Strong stakeholder management abilities  Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance experience in client-server environments
Experience with REST APIs and Web Services
Understanding of composition logic, dynamic content, versioning
Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., healthcare, finance)
