Job Description

Care Assistant / Home Care Worker (Drivers Required)

£13.25–£13.75 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses

Areas: Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak & nearby
Hours: Full-time & Part-time
Shifts: Morning (7am–3pm) or Evening (4pm–10pm)

No experience needed – full paid training provided

What You’ll Do

Support clients in their own homes with:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

  • Medication support & mobility assistance

  • Companionship and meaningful conversation

  • Meal prep, shopping & light household help

  • Dementia & more complex care needs

  • Accompanying clients to appointments or outings

No rushed visits – we prioritise quality care and real relationships

Pay & Benefits

  • £12.75–£13.25 per hour

  • Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

  • Bonuses, referral rewards & double pay on bank holidays

  • No experience required (full training provided)
