Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Applications Analyst / Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, maintenance, and production support of Epic applications within a complex healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Epic Prelude, Grand Central, Cadence, Referral, Welcome, and RTE and will work closely with clinical, business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver integrated, reliable solutions.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting Epic applications, preferably including:
Epic Prelude
Epic Grand Central
Epic Cadence
Epic Referral
Epic Welcome
Epic RTE
Epic certification is preferred.
Experience with Epic implementation, configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and application integration.
Experience leading or supporting complex IT projects in a healthcare environment.
Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
