EPIC Application Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Applications Analyst / Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, maintenance, and production support of Epic applications within a complex healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Epic Prelude, Grand Central, Cadence, Referral, Welcome, and RTE and will work closely with clinical, business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver integrated, reliable solutions.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Epic applications, preferably including:
• Epic Prelude
• Epic Grand Central
• Epic Cadence
• Epic Referral
• Epic Welcome
• Epic RTE
• Epic certification is preferred.
• Experience with Epic implementation, configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and application integration.
• Experience leading or supporting complex IT projects in a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
