Quality Assurance Lead

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience in contact centers, customer service, or operations environments
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams, directly supervising and managing QA analysts
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage QA programs, frameworks, methodologies, scorecards, and governance processes.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience driving continuous improvement and maintaining consistent quality standards across customer service or operational teams.
