Full-Time Permanent Hybrid working
We're working with an established organisation looking to recruit a People Services Coordinator to join their HR team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in HR administration, people operations or a busy coordination role who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and making sure processes run smoothly.
You'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day HR function, helping to deliver a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
About the role
Working as part of a wider HR team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Preparing contracts, employment documentation and contractual changes.
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers and internal changes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems.
- Supporting payroll administration and ensuring employee information is accurate.
- Responding to general HR queries and providing support to employees and managers.
- Assisting with learning and development administration.
- Maintaining internal HR information, policies and guidance.
- Supporting the wider HR team with projects and process improvements.
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
A CIPD qualification or HR-related training would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
