Are you kind, reliable, and looking to make a real difference in your local area? At Home Instead East Hampshire, we deliver exceptional, person-centred care to older adults—helping them stay independent and live with dignity in their own homes.

We’re proud to support clients in Alton, Petersfield, Liss, Liphook, Bordon, Hedge End, West End, and all the villages in between. We keep your work as local as possible, so you don’t have to travel far—and you get to build strong connections in your own community.

Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, evenings or weekends, we have flexible opportunities to suit your lifestyle. We're urgently recruiting for weekend Care Professionals—if you're available, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide thoughtful, unhurried care that really matters. Your daily visits may include:

  • Companionship – chatting, sharing stories, easing loneliness

  • Personal care – helping with washing, dressing, and hygiene

  • Medication support – prompting or assisting with prescribed medication

  • Meal preparation – helping clients enjoy healthy, home-cooked meals

  • Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, and keeping homes safe

  • Mobility support – assisting with walking or light exercise

  • Errands and outings – driving to appointments, shops, or social visits

All visits are a minimum of one hour, giving you time to build trust and deliver truly personal care.

Benefits
We value and support our Care Professionals with a full range of benefits:

  • Minimum 1-hour visits – no rushing, just quality care

  • Consistent clients – build meaningful relationships

  • Flexible hours – full-time, part-time, evenings and weekends

  • Mileage paid – we cover travel between clients

  • Local work – we keep you close to home: Alton, Petersfield, Liss, Liphook, Bordon, Hedge End, West End, and nearby areas

  • Full training provided – no experience required

  • No uniform – we promote a relaxed, friendly feel

  • 24/7 support – from our approachable office team

  • Blue Light Card eligibility – access to national discounts

  • Employee perks – savings at high street and online retailers

  • Career development – opportunities to grow and progress

If you’re passionate about helping others and want to work locally across East Hampshire, we’d love to hear from you—especially if you’re available on evenings and weekends.
