We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative medical assistant to join a leading hospital located on the Baltic Sea coast. This facility is a specialized center known for its advanced medical care and commitment to patient well-being, serving a significant population annually.

The Role

• Manage comprehensive patient admissions, including administrative tasks, blood draws, vital sign recording, and basic diagnostic procedures like ECGs.
• Independently handle all patient-related administrative duties with structure and efficiency.
• Proactively coordinate patient flow within the department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational efficiency, particularly in the resource-conscious use of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent 3-year qualification.
• A strong aptitude for independent, responsible work.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a service-oriented approach and assertiveness.
• Flexibility to work early and late shifts Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday morning shifts every two weeks.
