Position: Senior Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Advisor

Client: Direct Client

Duration: 9+ Months With Possible Extension

Location: 3601 4th Street Lubbock, TX 79430 (Onsite)

Required Qualifications

• Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Certification (Current)
• Minimum 5 years of Epic experience
• Minimum 5 years supporting perioperative, surgical services, or anesthesia workflow design
• Demonstrated experience in OpTime and Anesthesia implementation projects
• Experience leading workflow workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience translating clinical and operational requirements into Epic design decisions
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, executives, nursing leadership, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of Epic experience
• Progressive leadership experience on large Epic implementation programs
• Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) implementation experience
• Experience supporting new facility activation, new construction, or service-line expansion projects
• Experience with operational readiness, change management, and go-live planning
• Experience optimizing patient throughput and surgical access
• Knowledge of perioperative performance metrics and benchmarking
• Prior experience serving as a lead advisor, workstream lead, or engagement lead
