Support eFront

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide functional and technical support on eFront within a financial services environment

• Investigate, analyse and resolve incidents and user requests related to the platform

• Assist users with day-to-day issues and provide guidance on eFront functionalities

• Monitor and troubleshoot application-related problems

• Identify root causes and coordinate with relevant technical or functional teams when required

• Contribute to application maintenance, issue resolution and continuous improvement

• Ensure accurate follow-up and documentation of incidents and support activities

• Act as a key point of contact for eFront-related queries

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in eFront support or application support within the financial sector

• Very good knowledge of the eFront platform and its functionalities

• Strong understanding of financial applications and investment/fund-related environments

• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Ability to analyse technical and functional issues and identify appropriate solutions

• Good understanding of application support processes and user assistance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent English is required

• Experience in an international financial environment is considered an advantage
