Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)

Experience: 4+ Years
Required Skills: Strong Mac and JAMF experience, Windows/Mac Desktop Support, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting, VPN, Wireless Networking, Zscaler, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
Responsibilities: Provide end-user technical support, troubleshoot desktop and network issues, manage IT assets and tickets, and ensure timely issue resolution.
