What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners on company-provided leads
Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations
Present customized HVAC solutions based on customer needs
Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Follow a proven sales process to maximize close rates
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Stay current on products, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous in-home sales experience preferred (HVAC industry experience is a plus)
Proven track record of success in commission-based sales
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Experience with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
