Job Description

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of professional in AI with 5+ in software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Hands-on, real-world experience using Claude Code in development workflow not just casual/occasional use. Experience with other AI coding assistants/agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, etc.)

Proficiency in Java and backend frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot (or equivalent enterprise Java stack), plus familiarity with at least one other modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go) is a plus.

Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: REST/gRPC API design, relational and/or NoSQL databases, messaging/queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, testing methodologies, and code review processes.

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code
