What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness activities.
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Drive test readiness across environments, integrations, test data and dependencies.
  • Manage defects, risks and issue resolution to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with Program Managers, Architects, Product Owners, vendors and business SMEs.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Support the growth and capability of the wider testing team.
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience leading testing and QA delivery within large transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, end-to end, regression and release testing.
  • Hands on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar testing and defect management tools.
  • Experience testing complex integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile and vendor led delivery environments.
  • ISTQB Advanced Test Management certification is highly regarded.
  • Telecommunications experience will be highly regarded.

Aussie Broadband is an Australian operated telecommunications company that was formed in 2008 and is based in Morwell Victoria, Australia. The company's main focus is nbn (NBN) subscription plans and bundles to residential homes, small businesses, not for profits, corporate/enterprise and managed service providers.
