Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid Role - Required Locals

W2/1099 Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong process improvement skills to analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions that improve performance, productivity, and client experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders in the Operations department to optimize workflows, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
• Investment, trading, or other relative knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid chart, etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
