Global Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a clientin Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking a highly experienced Global Program Manager to drive the successful rollout of digital, operational, and enterprise technology initiatives across a worldwide footprint. This individual will serve as the central leader for a large-scale deployment program, ensuring that multiple site implementations are executed through a coordinated, standardized, and strategically aligned approach.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site implementations or transformation programs
• Experience managing global teams and stakeholders within a complex matrix environment
• Strong background in integrated planning, governance, resource management, executive reporting, and change control
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or operational improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, cutover, and post-launch support

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
