No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. As an Entry-Level Marketing amp; Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers while supporting marketing and promotional campaigns for our clients.

Represent client brands through direct marketing and face-to-face customer engagement
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer acquisition initiatives
Interact directly with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions
Build positive relationships with customers and create a professional brand experience
Support marketing and sales activities at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
Learn and apply proven sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
Track customer interactions, campaign activity, and basic performance metrics
Work with team members to meet sales, marketing, and customer engagement goals
Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase brand awareness

Customer-focused and professional
Interest in marketing, sales, direct marketing, advertising, customer service, or business development
Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, fundraising, or volunteer experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
