The Cashier & Customer Sales Associate is a customer-focused role responsible for handling transactions and delivering excellent sales and service. This position combines front-end cashier duties with customer assistance and product sales, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Process customer purchases (cash, credit/debit, digital payments) accurately
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
Customer Sales & Service
Greet customers and provide a high level of customer service
Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Store Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
Coordinate with warehouse staff to check product availability
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or retail sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math and computer skills
