Job Description

Innovairre is seeking an IT Support Specialist for weekend 12-hour shifts (5 a.m.-5 p.m. or 5 p.m.-5 a.m.) supporting data-driven fundraising platforms for nonprofit clients. You will monitor systems, resolve incidents, manage tickets, and ensure uptime for donor communication and analytics tools. Responsibilities include basic database queries, troubleshooting integrations, escalating complex issues, and updating documentation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain SLAs, improve processes, and support secure, reliable campaign execution in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor fundraising and donor communication platforms during weekend 12-hour shifts to ensure uptime and performance
  • Respond to and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and alerts within defined SLAs
  • Perform basic database queries and checks to validate data flows and campaign execution
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and connectivity issues and escalate as needed
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and production teams to support client campaigns
  • Follow security and compliance guidelines to protect donor and client data
  • Participate in continuous improvement of monitoring, runbooks, and support processes
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and, when needed, client contacts
  • Support onboarding, configuration, and verification of new or updated solutions
