SLDB Technology Lead

Responsibilities

·         Provide technical leadership for the SLDB technology environment and modernization initiatives.

·         Define technical solutions, application architecture, integration approaches, and technology standards.

·         Lead technical design and implementation activities across SLDB-related workstreams.

·         Coordinate application development, database, ETL, infrastructure, cloud, testing, and deployment teams.

·         Evaluate existing technology capabilities and recommend modernization and optimization strategies.

·         Ensure SLDB solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, security, and maintainability requirements.

·         Review technical designs, architecture documents, integration specifications, and implementation plans.

·         Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, constraints, and cross-system impacts.

·         Troubleshoot complex technical, application, integration, and infrastructure issues.

·         Coordinate system integration, testing, deployment, and production transition activities.

·         Ensure technical solutions integrate effectively with enterprise applications and data platforms.

·         Maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, and operational procedures.

·         Collaborate with functional leads and business SMEs to ensure technical solutions meet requirements.

·         Provide technical recommendations and status updates to program and client leadership.
