SAP OTC Project Manager

Role Name: SAP OTC Project Manager
Work site: King of Prussia, US (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary
Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) initiatives, driving business process transformation, SAP SD/OTC enhancements, and project delivery across Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment.
 Key Responsibilities

·         Lead OTC projects, SAP implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

·         Manage Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Returns, and Customer Service processes.

·         Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.

·         Drive project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance.

·         Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, and related applications.

·         Improve order fulfillment efficiency, billing accuracy, and customer experience.

·         Manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

·         10-15 years of experience in SAP OTC/SD and project management.

·         Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and SAP S/4HANA.

·         Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects.

·         PMP/Agile certification preferred.
