The Role

• Greet members and customers, identify their needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide essential services, including DMV vehicle licensing, registration, and notary support.
• Achieve sales and service goals for a variety of products and services, with opportunities for incentives.
• Prepare travel documentation such as TripTik® routings, maps, and tour books.
• Process payments, provide accurate change and receipts, and balance cash drawers.
• Make travel arrangements, including hotel and car rentals, and offer destination information.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales or service quality targets.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license as required by the role.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays as needed.
• A high school diploma or GED.
